Recently, EYET, a multi-service agency that provides programs to parents and children, held a community conversation with the Steering Committee from the Aging in Place project to discuss the 2019 report the committee completed. The project was funded by the former Mainstay Housing. Houselink also participated on the committee.

The Committee shared their findings from the report, identify unique needs of early aging population and offered insights into the systemic barriers to housing stability.

Community Conversation discussed strategizes organizations are using to support clients who are aging prematurely, identify and share resources and referrals and challenges faced by early aging population.
