Houselink Community Homes and Mainstay Housing became one joined organization on April 1, 2021. They are now called Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing.

There have been no immediate changes to tenants or participants:

  • Your housing and your rent will not change
  • You will also keep your current support worker and have access to all of the programs you have right now.

By joining together, we are going to be able to do more as one organization than we could separately. Our goal is to serve you better and be able to build more high-quality housing to life more people off the streets of Toronto.

Tenant/Participant Engagement Coming Soon

Talking with and hearing from you is a top priority for the new organization. Once we have more of the initial administrative work complete, we want you to tell us what you need and help us shape what this new Houselink & Mainstay should look like. You can expect to hear more about that likely closer to the fall, when we hope to have some more freedom and options to come together.
